Cancellation Policy
Your first viewing and try on appointment is free of charge We allow upto 1 hour per appointment We do not have limits on how many gowns you can try on and do not charge you for trying them on You will receive an email confirmation at the time of booking and will also receive a reminder email 48 hours prior to your appointment CANCELLATIONS 24 hour NOTICE - please advise us as soon as possible if you aren't able to attend your appointment. This can be done by replying to your booking confirmation emails/texts, calling or texting. We try to be as flexible as possible but please understand that as a mama-run business, alot of organisation is happening behind the scences to service your appointment, so if you are running late please do your best to let us know.
