VIEWING APPOINTMENTS

Our appointments are free of charge

We allow up to 1 hour per appointment

We do not have limits on how many gowns you can try on and do not charge you for trying them on

You will receive an email confirmation at the time of booking and will also receive a reminder email 24hours prior to your appointment

Cancellations - please advise as soon as possible if you aren't able to attend your appointment this can be done by replying to your booking confirmation email, calling or texting

We try to be as flexible as possible but please understand that as a mama-run business, a lot of organisation is happening behind the scenes to service your appointment, so;

FITTING APPOINTMENTS
Once your gown has arrived you’re ready to commence your fittings!

Your fitting appointment are free of charge

We allow up to 1 hour per fitting

Choose ongoing fittings at our Engadine store or Home Studio in West Hoxton.
SATURDAY APPOINTMENTS
-
Saturdays will operate by appointment, however walk-ins are welcome

Say hi and we'll do out best to accommodate you where we have available time slots that day

If we aren't able to fit you in, we are more than happy to book you in at an alternate time suitable for you

ALTERATIONS CONSULTATION

If you require a quote for alterations on a bridal or evening gown purchased externally, please book an alterations consultation.

They are free of charge and offered at our Home Studio in West Hoxton and our Engadine Store. Please select which option you prefer in the booking process.
