We're here to help you achieve your dream gown.
DESIGN & CUSTOMISATION
Using our existing designs as a base, you can add or delete design elements such as pockets, sleeves or lace appliques or completely removing the train.
MEASURING
New 'made to order' gowns are made to achieve the closest possible fit by obtaining your measurements at the time of ordering, however factors such as natural weight fluctuations can occur throughout the construction process, therefore brides are encouraged to be mindful that minor changes in fit at time of arrival of the gown is normal. For this reason additional tailoring upon arrival is generally required to achieve the best fit for your day. See ‘The Perfect Fit’ below.
CREATION
Once we have finalised the design details of your gown, a 50% deposit of the total amount of the gown is required to place an order and the creating can begin! See our payment info here.
Gown designs are constructed overseas with a reliable and reputable studio, whom we've maintained a longstanding relationship with for over 15 years.
Turn around times for our gowns are approx 4-5 months, not including fittings, therefore we encourage brides to commence shopping early where possible, however RUSH orders are available for an additional fee which can arrive within 2-3 months (depending on the style of gown).
THE PERFECT FIT
Once your gown has arrived it is ready for your first fitting! Exciting!
Our fittings are free of charge. Alterations are an additional cost and are charged separately to the original price of the gown. We’ve created a standard alterations package priced at $450 which covers most of the tweaks required to ensure the perfect final fit and includes alterations to the

hem

side seams
-
other minor fitting adjustments

and adding a bustle to the train
Alterations required will be determined at your first fitting.
If and where only a hem or side seam alteration is needed, then those items will be charged as single items. See alterations pricing info here.
PURCHASING EXISTING STOCK AND VINTAGE GOWNS
This is a great and sustainable option for brides on a tighter time line! Our previous collection gowns can be altered and revamped to help you achieve your dream gown regardless of the limited time you may have.
Our Engadine store will be stocking our small vintage collection which is also a great option for last minute situations.
We will do our best to accommodate for brides who are after a dress quickly and will help create package price to suit your needs to include things such as alterations and/or cleaning if required.
We have helped to turn around existing stock gowns for brides in as little as a week or two in the past, so don’t be shy to reach out! We will do our best to help where we can, depending on our schedule at the time.
ACCESSORIES AND BESPOKE TOUCHES
We stock a small collection of veils in differing lengths and styles which can also be customised if required.
Special touches like adding matching lace or even incorporating special family heirlooms into your gown is something Corina is more than happy to explore with you.
