Bridal viewing/try on appointments are completely free of charge. We will do our best to keep it that way for as long as possible. Please see our appointment details in full here.

We do not have a no show/cancellation fee for the time being. We simply ask that you please give atleast 24 hours notice prior to cancelling or rescheduling. Please see our appointment details in full here.

No, we don’t have a cap on the number of guests you can bring along, that is completely up to you. We try to be as family friendly as possible but please be mindful that due to limited space we can only fit up to 3-4 guests.

No. You can try on as many or as little gowns at your appointment at no extra cost.

Yes, Corina, our bridal alterations specialist is more than happy to assist with altering gowns that have been purchased elsewhere however an initial consultation appointment is required first so she can determine whether required changes are possible and provide you with an initial quote. Yes, however, while we do our best to be as family friendly as possible, we just ask that where possible, a support person is able to accompany you and assist with supervising/minding the infant during your appointment or fitting.
