There is plenty of free 2 hour street parking available on both sides of the road.

  • Do you charge for your appointments?
    Bridal viewing/try on appointments are completely free of charge. We will do our best to keep it that way for as long as possible. Please see our appointment details in full here.
  • Do you have a no show fee?
    We do not have a no show/cancellation fee for the time being. We simply ask that you please give atleast 24 hours notice prior to cancelling or rescheduling. Please see our appointment details in full here.
  • Do you charge for fittings?
    Gown fittings are free of charge for the time being. We will do our best to keep it that way for as long as we can. Please see our fitting details in full here.
  • Do you have a maximum number of guests that can accompany the bride at an appointment?
    No, we don’t have a cap on the number of guests you can bring along, that is completely up to you. We try to be as family friendly as possible but please be mindful that due to limited space we can only fit up to 3-4 guests.
  • Do you charge to try on gowns or have a limited number of gowns I can try on?
    No. You can try on as many or as little gowns at your appointment at no extra cost.
  • Do you provide alterations services to gowns purchased outside of LB?
    Yes, Corina, our bridal alterations specialist is more than happy to assist with altering gowns that have been purchased elsewhere however an initial consultation appointment is required first so she can determine whether required changes are possible and provide you with an initial quote.   • Do you provide alterations services to mother of the bride or other formal/evening wear?
    Yes. Corina our alterations specialist can assist you however, an initial alterations consultation is required first, so she can determine whether required changes are possible and provide you with an initial quote. Book an initial alterations consultation here
  • Can infants/children come along to an appointment? Or can I bring a pram inside?
    Yes, however, while we do our best to be as family friendly as possible, we just ask that where possible, a support person is able to accompany you and assist with supervising/minding the infant during your appointment or fitting.
