Cancellation Policy
Please allow upto 45 mins for your alterations consultation appointment however this can vary depending on adjustments required. CANCELLATIONS 24 hour NOTICE - please advise as soon as possible if you aren't able to attend your appointment this can be done by replying to your booking confirmation email, calling or texting us on 0425147390. A quote will be provided to you at the appointment at which point you can proceed on the spot or a copy can be provided to you if you wish to continue shopping. Please note that if you do wish proceed on any alterations quoted at $450 or above a 30% deposit is required for work to commence. Payments for alterations can be paid in instalments as you go or upon their completion. You will receive an email confirmation at the time of booking and will also receive a reminder email 24hours prior to your appointment.
